Island blend in vervain base. According to local herbalist, vervain is recognized for its potential anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antispasmodic, and analgesic properties. Rinse a teapot with hot water

Measure one teaspoon

of tea leaves for each cup and put in the teapot

Boil Fresh water. As soon as it starts to boil (80 deg.), pour into the teapot.
